| Radio Department Manager | ||
The Radio Department Manager of the Calvary Evangelistic Mission, Inc., is to administer and carry out CEM’s policies for its Radio Network (WBMJ-AM 10kw, WCGB-AM 5kw, WIVV-AM 5kw, and their sites in Puerto Rico). The RDM is to supervise and manage the staff, volunteers, work teams, programming, donor and commercial incomes, image, promotions, community involvement, technical matters and maintenance, properties, operations, projects, budgets, expenditures, improvements and growth of the Network and its outreaches. He/She serves as a CEM Missionary in Puerto Rico. A good understanding of English and Spanish is preferred (moderate is a must), with an ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, interdenominational setting. The RDM must be able to express him/her-self well in writing, churches, social events and public forums. |
