What Do We Believe?

Statement of Faith:

We believe in the evangelical Christian faith as set forth herewith:

1) The Bible is the divinely-inspired Word of God;

2) The triune godhead in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit;

3) The fall and lost estate of man, whose total depravity makes necessary the new birth;

4) The deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, death, bodily resurrection, present exaltation at God's right hand, and personal return;

5) Salvation by grace through faith in the substitutionary death and shed blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;

6) The resurrection of the saved unto everlasting life in heaven and the resurrection of the unsaved unto everlasting punishment;

7) The Church, the Body, or Bride of Christ, consisting only of those who are born again, for whom He now makes intercession in heaven, and for whom He shall come again;

8) Christ's Great Commission to the Church to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, baptizing and teaching those who believe.

What Is Our Structure?

Calvary Evangelistic Mission, Inc. is a democratic organization. The Board of Directors is elected by the voting members. It functions as a cooperative where the Mission is its members and the members are the Mission. All that the Mission has or is, is directly or indirectly promoted by its members, staff, volunteers, and partners.

How are We Funded?

CEM is an independent organization. We are not a subsidiary of any denomination or organization responsible for underwriting our expenses. Rather, we welcome donations for support of our staff, ministry, programs, projects, and broadcasts from many different churches, groups, broadcasters, organizations, and individuals. CEM, Inc. is a registered IRS 501 (c) 3 charitable organization, and all donations are tax deductible. For more information on how all of that works, or to help out, click here.

One of God's greatest blessings to us as a Ministry is the volunteers He sends our way. They save the Ministry hundreds of thousands of dollars a year! These "tentmakers" free up critical resources to be used in other important areas.
